A man was punished this morning by soldiers on Ikorodu road for crossing the express road instead of using the flyover bridge. The man ought to have used the bridge instead of crossing the road.
I think this should serve as a lesson to all the disobedient ones.
There is a saying that goes like this 'PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE'.
Lets save our lives today.
